Nedbank is seeking a Sales and Service professional to create great client banking experiences in a smaller branch environment, leveraging digital tools and basic selling skills. You’ll service, educate, and cross-sell Nedbank products while supporting growth and client retention.

The role emphasizes client-first interactions, problem solving, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with a Diploma and FAIS-related qualifications preferred, in a location like Mqanduli/Mthatha.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• NQF Level 5 or higher in a Financial or Business-related field essential.
• FAIS Accreditation Level 1 recommended.

Responsabilités

• GROW: Escalate unfulfilled client requests to the appropriate channel; onboard basic accounts; assess client needs; inform clients of products; deliver sales targets; obtain referrals; identify cross-sell opportunities; keep clients informed; process approvals; pursue client education and growth.
• SOLVE: Address basic issues; listen to client sales and service needs; attend to enquiries; use insights to resolve needs across sales, self-service and digital platforms; complete admin after activities; authenticate clients and meet identified needs; promote Core+ needs and digital enrollment; manage queues and device maintenance.
• EDUCATE: Educate clients on subscribing and servicing accounts; explain benefits, security, digital features; drive digital adoption.
• LEAD, RISK & COMPLIANCE: Identify process improvements; manage appointments; meet service and growth goals; follow control checklists; balance branch stock; execute cash management; mitigate risks and comply with regulations; adhere to scheduling; report suspicious transactions.
