Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Client Advisor in Oudtshoorn to educate clients on self-service digital solutions while addressing their sales and service needs. You will guide clients through product features, answer questions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience aligned with policy.

In this role you will build trust, handle end-to-end client requests, promote digital channels, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver complete financial solutions that meet clients’ goals and grow market share.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent (NQF Level)
• FAIS Approved Qualification (preferred)
• 1-2 years Retail/Banking client service or sales experience
• Strong product knowledge and sales skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship management

Responsibilities

• Respond to client needs by offering the right service and solution.
• Educate clients on subscription and service of their account.
• Build client trust and maintain relationships through ongoing communication.
• Facilitate the sales process by informing clients of product features and benefits.
• Onboard clients in line with Nedbank policy and procedures.
