Nedbank is seeking a maternity cover for a Teller/Client Service role in a branch. You will educate clients on digital and self-service options, assist with cash transactions, balancing, and cash replenishment, and perform first-line device maintenance to keep services running smoothly.

You will engage clients, resolve login issues, help them access online applications, and ensure secure, efficient service while upholding Nedbank's standards and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years Retail/Banking Client Service experience.
• Experience with cash handling and digital/self-service solutions.
• Knowledge of Nedbank security policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Educate clients on digital/self-service functionality.
• Process cash transactions and cash fulfillment; balance and replenish cash.
• Perform first line device maintenance on self-service devices and ATMs.
