Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma as minimum education.
• Preferred Higher Certificate in Banking Services - NQF5.
• 1-2 years Retail/Banking Client Service, Cash, Technology Savvy, 1st Line Problem Resolution experience.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve queue flow concerns and issues with digital devices.
• Accept and service cash transactions over the counter.
• Balance and secure branch stock holdings (e.g. cards).
• Enable processing of inter-bank transfers by preparing required documents for handover to couriers.
