Qualifications

• Diploma required with 1–2 years Retail/Banking Client Service experience.
• Proven ability to handle cash transactions and queues.
• Familiar with self-service devices and digital channels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions.
• Assist clients with online applications and log-in issues.
• Help clients purchase value-added services online or via self-service devices.
• Provide statements, cards and other documents from self-service zones.
• Build and maintain client relationships and inform clients of progress.
• Identify sales leads and enable cross-selling while recording on CMS.
• Balance and service cash transactions at the counter and manage stock (cards).
• Ensure ATM/ID availability through cash balancing and device maintenance.
• Support cash management, transfers and forex requests following policies.
