The ideal candidate has a Matric, a Finance-related qualification, and at least 3 years in debt review or finance, with NCR certification advantageous and FAIS Act familiarity.

• NCR Debt Counsellor Certification advantageous.
• Familiarity with FAIS Act.
• Strong understanding of National Credit Act.

Aufgaben

• Manage consumer relationships throughout the debt review process, from onboarding to completion.
• Handle client queries across phone, WhatsApp, email and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams, creditors, payment distribution agencies and legal stakeholders to resolve client matters.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify potential risks or complaints.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Manage a high-volume client portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall client experience.
• Contribute to team development.
