Job summary

Dante Personnel is recruiting a Debt Review Specialist to manage consumer relationships from onboarding to completion, in a dynamic financial services environment. You will coordinate with clients across phone, WhatsApp, email and digital channels while maintaining accurate records and ensuring service standards.

You will need a Matric plus a Finance-related qualification, at least 3 years in Debt Review or financial services, and familiarity with FAIS and the National Credit Act.

Qualifications

• Matric and a Finance-related qualification.
• Minimum 3 years in Debt Review or Financial Industry experience.
• Familiarity with the FAIS Act and National Credit Act.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer relationships throughout the debt review process, from onboarding to completion.
• Handle client queries across phone, WhatsApp, email and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams, creditors, payment distribution agencies and legal stakeholders to resolve client matters.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify potential risks or complaints.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Manage a high-volume client portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall client experience.
• Contribute to team development
