Position: Customer Service Representative. Location: Stellenbosch Western Cape. Salary: R13,000 – R16,000 basic salary, negotiable depending on experience. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality customer experiences and supporting bookings and inquiries across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers and clients
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels
• Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times
• Assist customers with bookings, enquiries, orders and general requests
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Follow up on enquiries and ensure that customer needs are addressed promptly
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Support the wider team with general administrative and customer service duties

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service, reservations, hospitality or similar client-facing role
• Experience within a luxury hospitality, catering or service environment would be advantageous
