Position: Customer Service Representative. Location: Stellenbosch Western Cape. Salary: R13,000 – R16,000 basic salary, negotiable depending on experience. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality customer experiences and supporting bookings and inquiries across channels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers and clients.
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels.
• Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times.
• Assist customers with bookings, enquiries, orders and general requests.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and ensure that customer needs are addressed promptly.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support the wider team with general administrative and customer service duties.
