Sigma Connected Group is seeking Customer Service Advisors for inbound/outbound collections, general enquiries, and back-office tasks from offices in the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town. You will respond to calls professionally, following scripts and guidelines, while balancing a dynamic workload and collaborating with your team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a UK-based BPO environment.
• Experience in an insurance-related customer service role would be advantageous.
• Excellent command of the English language with clear and articulate communication skills.
• Matric certificate required (proof must be provided).
• Must reside within a 30km radius of the Southern Suburbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and general enquiries following campaign guidelines and scripts.
• Respond to customers in a professional, courteous manner with a fast pace to meet team KPIs.
• Engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve conflicts; support back-office tasks as needed.
• Work towards team goals with a dynamic home-office setup and virtual team connectivity.
• Receive full training and ongoing coaching throughout your career.
