• Residence within 30km of the office location.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via inbound and outbound channels to discuss outstanding balances.
• Propose affordable repayment solutions based on individual circumstances.
• Assess income and expenditure to ensure proposed loan amounts are suitable.
• Maintain high quality customer service and achieve KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
