Job summary

Sigma Connected Group is hiring Customer Service Advisors in Cape Town to handle inbound and outbound collections, back-office tasks, and general enquiries. You will be guided by campaign guidelines and scripts, delivering professional service while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

You will receive full training and ongoing coaching, with opportunities for promotion. The role requires a Grade 12, 1+ year collections experience, and a willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of collections experience in a BPO/Contact Centre.
• Able to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Clear credit and criminal record check.
• Computer literate and able to use standard office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow campaign guidelines, scripts and systems to resolve enquiries.
• Provide timely responses to customer requests and document interactions.
• Work towards KPIs and participate in training and coaching.
