You will receive full training and ongoing coaching, work from the Southern Suburbs offices, and contribute to team targets in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 1 year of collections, financial services or call centre experience (UK market).
• Matric certificate (or equivalent) is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear information delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound collections calls in a professional manner.
• Support back-office tasks and respond to general enquiries as per guidelines.
• Work towards team KPIs and maintain accurate records of interactions.
