Qualifications

• Complaints handling experience in a BPO/UK environment is advantageous.
• Extensive customer service experience in a contact centre.
• Strong written communication skills (email/back office).
• Admin or investigation experience.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming and outbound calls in a professional, courteous manner.
• Investigate complaints according to campaign guidelines and scripts.
• Maintain accurate records in the system and assist with back-office tasks.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with KPI focus and teamwork.
