Job summary

Sigma Connected Group in Cape Town's Southern Suburbs is seeking Customer Service Advisors to handle inbound and outbound collections and general enquiries; you will work with campaigns guided by scripts and systems.

You'll enjoy full training and ongoing coaching, a dynamic day with high call volume, and the chance to grow within an inclusive Sigma Family. Ideal candidates have 1+ year UK BPO CS experience and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a UK-based BPO environment.
• Experience in an insurance-related customer service role would be advantageous.
• Excellent command of the English language with clear communication skills.
• Matric certificate required (proof must be provided).
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage high-stress situations.
• Computer literate with proficiency in basic digital tools and systems.
• Must reside within a 30km radius of the Southern Suburbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and general enquiries in a professional, courteous manner.
• Respond to customer concerns according to campaign guidelines and scripts.
• Maintain high service standards while achieving KPI targets.
• Collaborate with team members and support colleagues during shifts.
