About the Role

Our client, a leading automotive dealership group, is seeking a professional and dedicated Customer Relations Officer to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty in Kimberley, Northern Cape . This role is pivotal in managing customer feedback, resolving post-sale issues, and ensuring a consistently positive experience across all customer touchpoints. You will act as a liaison between customers and various dealership departments, advocating for customer needs while upholding company standards. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
