Formación

• Experience in customer experience management or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with empathy and clarity.
• Proficiency in using CX software and standard office productivity tools.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Map and analyze customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback from various channels (surveys, reviews, direct interactions).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Train and advise staff on best practices for customer interaction and service delivery.
