Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to enhance client satisfaction across digital channels in a fully remote role based in South Africa. You will analyze feedback, identify pain points, and drive improvements to the customer journey.

You will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing, develop customer-facing documentation, and manage inquiries across platforms, with emphasis on autonomy, strategic thinking, and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Proven experience in customer experience, customer success, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze customer feedback, surveys, and support interactions to identify trends.
• Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues across multiple digital platforms.
