Placements24 is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Port Elizabeth-based team. You will focus on improving the end-to-end customer journey and collaborate with sales, marketing and support to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to post-purchase follow-up.

The role emphasizes customer advocacy, data-driven improvements, and clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer experience, customer service, or marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and service design principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM and customer feedback tools.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
