Kelston Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor for Kelston Ford Cradock to join our busy workshop. You will book in vehicles, monitor progress, and hand back vehicles to customers, ensuring service standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires Grade 12, a valid driver's license, and at least 2 years in the motor industry as a Service Advisor, plus knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation and strong computer skills. BSI & Evolve familiarity is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry.
• Knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation and trade practices.
• Good computer skills.
• Some technical and mechanical knowledge.
• BSI & Evolve familiarity is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Book in the vehicle brought in for service or repair.
• Monitor the progress of the work being done.
• Monitor ‘carry overs’ in the Workshop.
• Hand back vehicle to customer after the service or repair.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete the required administration.
• Execute all agreed projects and maintain the initiative.
