Responsibilities

• Greet customers and receive vehicles for servicing/repairs.
• Collect correct client information for service items.
• Capture/confirm contact details at vehicle intake.
• Confirm payment method for service/repairs.
• Obtain vehicle owner authorization for extra work.
• Keep client informed about work progress and delays.
• Maintain and update the BSI system.
• Promote workshop labour, parts and accessories to customers.
• Ensure proper handover of vehicle on collection.
• Follow up on WIP, cash outstanding and quotations.
