Job summary

The role requires a Grade 12 qualification, 3 years in administration/reception, and at least 2 years as a Service Advisor in the motor industry, with intermediate computer skills and knowledge of vehicle legislation.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and strong administration/reception experience.
• Minimum 2 years in motor industry as a Service Advisor.
• 2+ years admin experience in automotive dealership.
• Intermediate computer skills with automotive dealership systems.
• Knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer law, and trade practices.
• Some technical and mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Xhosa.
• Customer-oriented and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer switchboard and perform receptionist duties.
• Coordinate orders for valet and roadworthy for all vehicles.
• Reconcile fuel accounts and control petty cash.
• Monitor attendance register and general office administration.
• Coordinate CSI requirements and book service/repair intake.
• Monitor progress of work in the workshop and hand back vehicles.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and complete required administration.
