Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, processing orders accurately and efficiently.

A customer-first Sales Associate role forsomeone who takes real pride in getting the details right. You will be thefirst point of contact for Korridor's customers in South Africa, managingqueries, orders and accounts with care, and working closely with Sales, Financeand IT to keep things running smoothly. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Customer Service & Order Management

• Act as the first point of contact for allcustomer queries, processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Open and maintain customer accounts andprofiles, recording account information accurately on the admin website
• Assist with the placement of orders, refundsand exchanges, ensuring customer needs are met promptly

Query Resolution & Relationship Management

• Resolve product or service problems byclarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting andexplaining the best solution, following up to ensure resolution
• Identify and assess customers' needs toachieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships of trust through openand interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, providingappropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits and followingup to ensure resolution

Product Advisory & Reporting

• Advise customers on available products andservices, suggesting additional information where relevant
• Manage inbound customer calls, going theextra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive experience
• Prepare product or service reports to supportthe sales and customer service function

Systems& Process

• Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, ITand customers, ensuring smooth resolution of cross-functional queries
• Keep accurate records of customerinteractions, process customer accounts and file documents in line with companypolicy
• Manage Omnibus and FICA-relatedadministration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in sales, ideally within asimilar industry
• National Senior Certificate (Matric) and avalid driver's license
• Demonstrated ability to manage customerqueries, orders and complaints to resolution in a fast-paced sales environment
• Excellent communication skills, with theability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team membersand other stakeholders
• High degree of self-sufficiency, able tooperate independently across geographies without day-to-day oversight
• Experience in high-growth, fast-pacedorganisations where processes are still being built

Advantageous:

• Experience working across Sub-Saharan Africaor within a multinational organisation
• Additional courses or certifications insales, customer service or a related field
