Job summary

Headhunters (South Africa) is seeking a proactive candidate to contribute to divisional sales targets. You will drive sales through regular calls, manage the end-to-end sales process, promote deals, and ensure accurate, timely order processing with suppliers.

You will build strong customer and supplier relationships, follow up on orders, and communicate promotions and pricing changes. Matric and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Matric is required or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in customer service, sales or administration is advantageous.
• Graduates without work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute towards achieving divisional sales targets.
• Drive sales through regular telephone contact and manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Promote and sell special deals and supplier product ranges.
• Process all orders accurately and timeously in accordance with company standards.
• Provide feedback to customers within required timeframes.
• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Follow up on orders and sales opportunities to ensure delivery and targets are met.
• Communicate price increases, promotions and incentives to customers.
