You will interact with employers, service providers, and internal teams to resolve queries with professionalism and accuracy. The position emphasizes quality assurance, timely communication, and adherence to service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full contribution processing cycle and handle related inquiries and complaints.
• Process contributions per rules, policies, legislation and SLAs.
• Process refunds per administration processes within SLAs.
• Meet production standards in terms of quantity and quality.
• Liaise with employers and service providers in writing and verbally.
• Maintain professional email communication within SLAs.
• Perform other duties as required by business needs.
• Attend to Escalated enquiries and provide ongoing feedback until resolved.
• Support team events and general administrative tasks.
