Placements24 is seeking a specialized HR Specialist focusing on Compensation & Benefits to join our team in Kimberley, South Africa. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing competitive C&B programs to attract and retain top talent.

You will analyze market data, administer benefits, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance, at least 3 years in C&B, strong Excel analytics, and experience with HRIS/C&B software.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Compensation & Benefits experience.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel data modeling ability.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration and legislation.
• Experience with HRIS and C&B software is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze market data to benchmark salaries and develop competitive compensation structures.
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits legislation.
• Develop and communicate total rewards statements to employees.
• Collaborate with HR and finance on payroll-related matters and cost analysis.
• Support design and implementation of new C&B initiatives and policies.
