Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
• At least 6 years of progressive compensation and benefits experience.
• Expertise in salary structuring, job evaluation and incentive plans.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor laws related to C&B.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer compensation programs including salary structures and incentives.
• Develop and manage benefits programs such as health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
• Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive packages.
• Develop C&B policies and procedures; provide guidance to HRBPs and management.
• Manage relationships with vendors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve program effectiveness.
