Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of Compensation & Benefits administration experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour laws related to compensation.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
• Manage the company's benefits programs, including health insurance and provident funds.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation competitiveness.
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends and recommend adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments on budget planning and cost management for HR programs.
