Placements24 is seeking a experienced Community Support Manager to lead our team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. This hybrid role combines on-site supervision with remote administration to ensure high-quality, person-centred disability support services across the region.

You will develop and review individualised care plans, liaise with families and external agencies, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while fostering a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Health Sciences or Management.
• Minimum 5 years in community services with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with case management software, HR systems and virtual tools.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and quality standards.

Requirements

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
