Requirements

A relevant Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in community services, social work, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation. Strong understanding of social issues, community needs, and support systems within Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal . Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
