Placements24 is seeking a Senior Community Support Manager in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, to lead a team of community support workers. The role involves developing and evaluating outreach programs and ensuring effective service delivery to vulnerable communities.

A hybrid work model enables a balance between in-office collaboration and remote work. Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Development with at least five years in a managerial role

• At least 5 years in managerial or supervisory role in community/social care.
• Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder relationship skills.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of community support initiatives.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Pietermaritzburg region.
