Job summary

FNB is seeking a Community Advisor for the Alternative Channel (POP) on a 12-month hourly rate contract at Pick ’n Pay initiative. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding needs and guiding to the right channels.

You will build relationships, educate customers on digital/self-service options, identify sales opportunities, stay compliant, and work in a shift structure in a dynamic brand-led environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5; Certificate in Banking or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide a positive customer experience with helpful service.
• Explain processes and requirements in a simple manner.
• Ensure compliance with rules and processes; attention to detail.
• Educate customers on the correct Banking platform and digital channels.
