Job summary

FNB is seeking a Community Advisor for Alternative Channels in Port Shepstone on a 12-month hourly-rate contract. You will proactively understand customer needs, offer tailored financial solutions, and direct customers to self-service channels, while upholding policies and service standards.

You will build relationships, educate clients on banking platforms, and identify sales opportunities to support portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Grade 12; FAIS-recognised certificate preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.
• Ability to guide customers to digital and self-service options.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Accurate, disciplined with adherence to process.
