FNB is seeking a part-time Community Advisor for Alternative Channels in Cape Town to deliver exceptional customer experiences across eChannels and self-service tools. You will build relationships, guide customers through digital solutions, and ensure adherence to policies and processes.

The role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, educating customers on the right banking platform, and working within a fixed-term 12-month contract at the Pick n Pay initiative on Vineyard Road.

Competenze

Grade 12 or higher with FAIS awareness and customer service experience.
Ability to guide customers to digital and self-service banking options.
Strong communication, relationship-building and sales aptitude.
