Job summary

FNB Community Advisor Alternative Channels in Pretoria is a 12-month hourly rate contract focused on delivering exceptional customer experience. You will proactively understand customer needs and direct them to the most suitable service channels, including eChannels and self-service, while adhering to all policies and standards.

You will build relationships, educate customers on digital banking options, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 with FAIS-recognized certificate.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.
