Placements24 is seeking a Commercial Leasing Executive to drive leasing for office, retail and industrial properties in Mahikeng. You will build relationships with tenants, brokers and investors, conduct property tours, and negotiate leases to hit targets.

The role requires a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and 3–5 years of leasing experience, with strong negotiation, communication and CRM skills. Join a growing North West market with earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial property leasing or sales.
