Placements24 is seeking a Commercial Leasing Executive to drive leasing for office, retail and industrial properties in Mahikeng. You will build relationships with tenants, brokers and investors, conduct property tours, and negotiate leases to hit targets.

The role requires a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and 3–5 years of leasing experience, with strong negotiation, communication and CRM skills. Join a growing North West market with earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) from the PPRA.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial property leasing or sales.
• Proven track record of success in negotiating and closing commercial lease agreements.
• Solid understanding of the North West commercial property market, with knowledge of Mahikeng.

Responsibilities

• Actively seeking out and identifying new leasing opportunities for commercial properties in Mahikeng, North West.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with potential tenants, brokers, and property investors.
• Marketing and showcasing available properties through presentations, tours, and online listings.
• Negotiating lease terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements for the company and property owners.
• Conducting market research to stay informed about rental rates and trends.
• Preparing leasing proposals, reports, and financial analyses for management and clients.
• Ensuring all leasing activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Achieving and exceeding assigned leasing targets and revenue goals.
