Sigma Connected Group is seeking a motivated Financial Advisory professional to act as the main point of contact for customers in our Cape Town offices. You will guide clients on account benefits, transactions, and issue resolution, collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliant, smooth service.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in customer-facing roles, excellent communication, and the ability to handle high-volume inquiries across channels.

Qualifications

• 1 year proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally banking/financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Experience handling high volumes of inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Ability to resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to account features, transactions, and issues.
• Guide customers on how to maximize benefits of current accounts (cashback, rates, debit card usage).
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
