Placements24 presents an opportunity for a strategic General Manager to lead a five-star luxury hotel in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will shape the property's direction, guest experiences, and financial performance across F&B, Rooms, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in hotel management, at least 5 years as GM at a luxury property, proven budgeting and revenue growth ability, and a passion for service excellence. Relocation to Mossel Bay is required.

Formación

• 10+ years in hotel management with 5+ years as GM in luxury properties.
• Proven ability to drive budgeting, forecasting and P&L.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest-service focus.
• Deep knowledge of luxury hotel operations across all departments.
• Experience developing strategic business plans and market growth.
• Experience managing costs and optimizing financial performance.
• Understanding of luxury market trends and guest expectations.
• Willingness to relocate to Mossel Bay, Western Cape.
