Placements24 is seeking a Client Support Specialist in South Africa to join our team in Tembisa. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client guidance, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication.

You will guide clients through service usage, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a matriculation certificate; tertiary qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience in a client support or customer-facing role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a patient and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Guide clients through service usage, setup, and troubleshooting processes.
• Document all client interactions, feedback, and resolutions meticulously in the support system.
• Identify trends in client issues and proactively suggest solutions or improvements to client-facing processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their issues have been fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
