Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
Develop and execute strategic success plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
Proactively monitor client health and engagement, identifying potential risks and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure clients maximize the value of our products/services.
Facilitate issue resolution by coordinating with internal support, technical, and sales teams.
Gather client feedback and communicate insights to product and marketing teams to drive service improvements.
Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive initial experience.
Track and report on key client success metrics, including adoption rates, satisfaction scores, and retention figures.
Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed by the relevant departments.
Contribute to the development of best practices for client management and success.
