Placements24 is seeking a Client Success Advocate in Tembisa, Gauteng to build strong relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure they achieve value from our enterprise software solutions. This on-site role offers mentorship, a collaborative team, and opportunities to influence client outcomes through proactive engagement and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client success or similar role.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
• Develop and execute strategic success plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Proactively monitor client health and engagement, identifying potential risks and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions to ensure clients are maximizing the value of our client's products/services.
• Facilitate issue resolution by coordinating with internal support, technical, and sales teams.
• Gather client feedback and communicate insights to product and marketing teams to drive service improvements.
• Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive initial experience.
• Track and report on key client success metrics, including adoption rates, satisfaction scores, and retention figures.
• Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed by the relevant departments.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for client management and success.
