Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Customer Success Champion for our client in Tembisa, Gauteng. This on-site role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customers derive maximum value from our products and services.

You will onboard new clients, monitor customer health, identify upsell opportunities, provide product training, and collaborate with sales and technical support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and goals.
• Identify opportunities for customer growth and upsell/cross-sell where appropriate.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers.
• Monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts.
• Provide product training and support to ensure customer success.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, relaying feedback to product and sales teams.
• Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
