You will work in a structured environment, handling inquiries via multiple channels, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with teams to improve service delivery. A strong focus on communication, empathy, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre preferred.
• Fluent in English and isiZulu.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with computers and standard software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Customer-centric mindset with a patient and empathetic approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work at our Tembisa, Gauteng location.
