This on-site role focuses on understanding client objectives and ensuring seamless service delivery, contributing to client retention and business growth.

You will manage a portfolio of key clients, conduct regular reviews, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs.

• Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.

Responsibilities
