Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Reporting: Partner with CMR and Brand Management teams to provide data-driven insights, working closely with the Client Success Manager to meet contractual commitments and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Data Visualisation and Analytics: Lead the setup and ongoing enhancement of data visualisation reports, applying advanced analytics to support client decision-making and uncover actionable insights.
• Data Integrity and Management: Execute monthly data management and validation processes in collaboration with the Operations team to ensure data accuracy and reliability across all client deliverables.
• Performance Monitoring and Maintenance: Maintain and update client trackers, ensuring deliverables are accurately reflected and timelines are adhered to, while continuously monitoring data sources for consistency and quality.
• Training and Support: Deliver comprehensive monthly reporting frameworks and provide end-user training to enhance client capabilities in leveraging data for strategic outcomes.
