Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Jr. Customer Success Analytics Executive to manage a portfolio of manufacturer client relationships across South Africa. The role focuses on delivering on commercial agreements and presenting data to client stakeholders to drive value.

You will maintain day-to-day client service activities, coordinate analysis and reporting, and build strong partnerships to deliver actionable insights and presentations that meet client needs and NIQ standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in FMCG / Services / Retail industry.
• Experience in an analytical capacity.
• Strong numerical confidence and ability to translate numbers into clear insights and recommendations.
• Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.
• Strong client focus and proactiveness.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships with manufacturer clients across South Africa.
• Deliver on commercial agreements and present data to key client stakeholders.
• Coordinate analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.
• Build partnerships with clients and deliver pertinent analytical insights and presentations.
• Ensure reports and analyses meet client needs and company quality standards.
• Support managers in delivering timely and precise services.
