Job summary

Pronel Personnel seeks a Technical Customer Success Manager in South Africa to own the client journey from onboarding through expansion, ensuring customers maximize the value of our AI platform.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, act as the technical liaison to our engineering team, and identify opportunities to drive adoption of new features while delivering training and support.
