Job summary

Smollan Technologies seeks a Client Success Executive to drive data-driven outcomes for clients by analysing usage trends and guiding analytics platform implementations. You will provide technical support to optimise performance and deliver actionable insights that enable data-informed decisions.

The role requires 2–3 years in consumer analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with Tableau/Power BI/Qlik.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in Business Science (Marketing) or related field and 2–3 years in Consumer Goods, Customer Insights, Market Research, Analytics, or Retail.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data-driven reporting systems.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and produce actionable insights using visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and breakdown data processes to deliver data-driven insights.
• Lead setup and enhancement of data visualisation reports for client decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity through monthly validation with Operations.
• Maintain client trackers and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Provide monthly reporting and end-user training to empower clients with data.
