Job summary

Pronel Consultants is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to own the client journey from implementation through expansion, ensuring customers maximize value of our AI platform. You will work independently, make informed decisions, and take ownership of delivering exceptional outcomes.

In this role you will onboard clients, lead AI integrations, and serve as the technical liaison to our engineering team, driving adoption of new features and providing hands-on training and support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a technical customer success role.
• Direct experience with AI or SaaS platforms.
• Experience with voice systems, chatbots, or conversational AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical onboarding and success journey.
• Lead implementations and AI platform integration.
• Act as the technical liaison between clients and engineering.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive adoption of new platform features.
• Deliver technical training, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting support.
• Build and refine scalable technical processes.
